I just went upstairs to tell the girls to settle down as they're still talking & gigglig up there. I stomped up the steps & waited at the top, thinking that words really weren't necessary.
(a little background information: they aren't allowed any TV, DS, games or toys tomorrow morning until they clean up the clothes they've thrown all over the floor all weekend)
Honey: shhhh!
~pause~
Sweetie: Did anyone come up?
Lovey: No!
Sweetie: Whew! THAT was close!
Lovey: I'm right by the door so I'd know.
Sweetie: guys, tomorrow we'll have such a looooooooooooong breakfast that Mummy & Daddy will have to clean up this room!
Lovey: I don't think we should do that.
Sweetie: wellllllllllll, it's not exactly being bad......
