Stuff...

Yay! our pictures came in a week ago & I got them framed AND hung in less than 7 days. I'm a bit of a procrastinator (no! it's true!) so I was impressed to have gotten this chore done that quickly. Those of you that know & love me best will realize what an effort it was to get these lined up, equally spaced and straight! It involved a level, a measuring tape and a ruler, hammer & nails and at least 10 holes are back there somewhere. I'm not handy in the least and well, math is not my friend so calculating the middle points with 3 little helpers running around jumping on the couch while I worked on this.... well, it was almost enough to make me turn to the Grampy juice! ; )


We've been enjoying the warmer weather & sometimes we've all gone for a walk after supper. It's really nice to have company when I'm out getting my exercise and the girls like it too. Except for when their father dumps them in a mud puddle... but he'll never make that mistake again!

They love to have a race when we get close to home, they bolt out of the stroller and make a mad dash for the driveway. It's especially exciting for them if they manage to beat us!

In other excitement, I picked up new shoes for them at Children's Place one Friday night. Unfortunately, Honey's didn't fit & she was upset that she didn't have any when the other 2 were running around in theirs. To calm her down, I promised that we'd go back to the mall after supper & exchange them. She thought that was great & was thrilled to have a trip with me by herself. We made it to the mall & home again in record time & she now has some fancy shoes too.
