Soccer Craziness

Well we've joined our first organized team sport and let me tell ya, it ain't none too organized as far as I can tell. Forty to sixty kids, 5 yrs and under with no clue about the game, makes for an interesting match! Omigosh they were funny!!!!! The poor girl trying to coach them! She showed them how to dribble the ball and they played a few games doing that, did some stretches and even had a little game at the end.

The girls were psyched up all day to go play soccer tonight and then we get there and Honey isn't sure she wants to go out on the field. Then all the other kids go and she ends up following.

We had near meltdowns numerous times in the 45 minutes we were there! I can see this is going to be a fulfilling and fun activity for the summer! By the end Sweetie was refusing to play in the game (and I use the term "game" loosely) and just stood off to the side throwing her ball up in the air.
